Oats (of your choice) – 40g
Milk (see preference above)- 170ml
X1 Eight Thirty Packet  of your choice

Hob

Put the oats, milk/liquid of your choice in a small saucepan and simmer gently on a medium heat for about 5 minutes (or according to the instructions on the packet of oats), stir regularly.

Rip, Pour, Stir in your ET packet


 

Microwave

Put the oats, coconut and maple sachet and milk (I used unsweetened coconut milk) into a microwave safe bowl or jug and stir well. Heat on full power for 2-3 minutes, stopping to stir porridge every 30 seconds.
