Who are we?
We are Eight Thirty Limited, a limited company incorporated in England. Our details (including information about how to contact us) are at the end of these terms.
How can you order products from us?
You can order products via our website. We supply products in two ways:
- As a one-off delivery, so that you can try the products.
- As an ongoing monthly delivery, so that you don't need to keep re-ordering the products that you want.
What if you want to make changes to your order?
If you want to make changes to your order or your subscription, you can:
Changes may include cancelling or pausing your subscription, skipping a delivery or changing the date or delivery address for a delivery. Except where you are exercising your right to cancel during your initial cooling-off period (see below), you can make changes at any time but we can only make the changes if you ask us at least two working days before the next scheduled delivery day. So, if the next delivery is due on a Wednesday, you need to ask us on the Monday (or before). If you cannot ask us at least two working days before, then you will receive (and have to pay for) your next scheduled delivery, but we will make the changes after that.
How does your initial right to cancel during your cooling-off period work?
If you make a one-off purchase, or after you first enter into your subscription for regular delivery of products, you will have an initial cooling-off period to cancel your purchase or your subscription. You will be able to cancel at any time after you make your one-off purchase or enter into your subscription and up to the end of the period of 14 days starting with the day after:
- Delivery of the products under a one-off order; or
- The first scheduled delivery to you of products under a subscription.
Where you are purchasing by subscription, your right to cancel will apply only to the first scheduled delivery, but you will still be able to make changes to your subscription or orders after that in accordance with our normal policy (see "What if you want to make changes to your order?", above). If you cancel, You will receive a full refund of the price paid for the relevant products in accordance with our refunds policy (see below).
How can you exercise your initial right to cancel?
To cancel your order or your subscription as explained above, you must clearly inform us, preferably:
- in writing, giving us your name, address and order reference; or
- by completing our cancellation form available on the website and returning the form to the address specified on the form.
If the products have been delivered to you then you must return the products to us within 14 days after the day of notifying us of the cancellation, in the same condition in which you receive them (which does not interfere with your right to take any reasonable steps to examine the products and make sure they conform to your order).
When will you lose your right to cancel?
Note that you will lose your right to cancel in relation to any product sachets once you open them (or otherwise break the seal on the packaging). You may still cancel in relation to any unopened sachets, provided that you will receive only a pro-rata refund of the subscription charge calculated by reference to the number of sachets remaining in a sealed and re-saleable condition.
What happens if you do not take reasonable care of the products before you return them?
You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the products while they are in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, we may have a right to deduct the cost of any use or deterioration, up to the price of the product, from the refund to which you are otherwise entitled.
How should you return products when you have cancelled following delivery of the products to you?
To return the products, you should package the parcel securely (making sure you include a note of your name and
address - enclosing any returns slip, if we have provided one - inside the parcel) and then return it to us, either by
courier or by recorded delivery mail or other form of certified mail or if the products are too bulky to return by
mail then by a suitable carrier, to the following address:

We advise that you take out enough postal/carriage insurance to cover the value of the contents. Please save your proof of posting/despatch and tracking information until your refund has been processed. You will be responsible for the cost and risk of returning the products to us.
When will you receive a refund following the exercise of your initial right to cancel?
If you cancel a one-off purchase or a subscription within the initial 14-day cooling-off period as set out above, we will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 14 days after the day on which we receive the products back or, if earlier, the day on which we receive evidence that you have returned the products to our returns address (see above). We will refund the price of the products in full (subject to any deduction we are entitled to make due to your use of or damage to the products), including the cost of standard delivery to you. However, we will not refund your cost of returning the products to us. We will refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase, unless agreed otherwise.
When can we cancel your order and your subscription?
We can cancel your order and your subscription:
- If any information you have provided to us (for example, if you have given us the wrong billing address) is inaccurate.
- If any payment is not authorised by the issuer of your payment card.
- In the case of a subscription, at any time by notice to you prior to the next scheduled delivery of products under your subscription.
In the event of cancellation of your subscription by us, you will not have to pay for any products except to the extent that they have already been delivered to you (and if your card has already been charged for any products that have not yet been delivered then you will be refunded in full), and any liability on your part to purchase products in future will be cancelled.
Where you can you find out the price of the products?
The price of the products is as quoted on the website from time to time. All prices include any VAT (where applicable) but exclude delivery costs, which will be automatically added (at the amount shown) to the total amount due during checkout. Before ordering your products or your subscription, you will be able to see on the checkout page the total price of your subscription, including any delivery charges and applicable VAT.
Will the price of the products change?
The price of the products may change from time to time, and will be shown on the website. Any change in the price of any products for which you have a current subscription will be notified to you by email not less than one month before the next scheduled delivery, and will you will be able to cancel your subscription prior to the next delivery if you do not agree to the change in price (instructions on how to do so will be set out in the email notifying you of the change).
How do we collect payment for the products that you order?
Payment for all orders must be made by PayPal, credit or debit card on the checkout page. Payment may be made by PayPal and by most major credit and debit cards. Only credit or debit cards where the statement address is within the United Kingdom can be used. Note that we use a payment services provider to process payments on our behalf, and we do not process your payment details ourselves. Your credit or debit card will not be charged until we despatch the relevant order.
What if the products are damaged or faulty?
If any product you order is damaged or faulty when delivered to you, we may offer replacement or a full refund. If you are not happy with any of our products, please get in touch and we will do our best to help!
Can you buy our products on behalf of a business?
No - we only sell products via this website to consumers, not businesses. We will not be liable to you for any business losses, and any liability we do have for losses you suffer arising from the sale of any products to you if you were purchasing other than as a consumer shall not exceed the purchase price of the relevant products and is strictly limited to losses that were reasonably foreseeable. Losses are foreseeable where they could be contemplated by you and us at the time your order is accepted by us.

Please be sensible and reasonable when using our website. Please do not introduce any viruses or other nasties, and please do not copy, re-publish or change the website or any of its content.
